NEVER AGAIN! The two t-shirts I ordered will not arrive by Christmas. I followed the deadlines posted in the email I received. Then was accused by their customer service agent, Charlie, that I didn't choose the right shipping method, so too bad for me. This "agent" turned out to be a bot, but they didn't ID him as such, which is shady and frustrating AF. I just received a message from an actual customer service manager, Natalia, lecturing me about sending another message before receiving a reply from an agent when I had no clue Charlie is their frigging bot. Come ON! AVOID AVOID AVOID! My gifts for my dad will not arrive by Christmas Day, though they've been sitting in a nearby warehouse for a week. F this company!
