Not clear from website that this actually isn't a UK company in fact the goods are made and shipped from China and are cheap quality, poorly made and sizing is off the scale. If you contact the customer service team of course you can return at your expense which puts you further out of pocket !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
