I bought clothes from them in April 2022t. They arrived in May, and I wasn't happy with the quality which I regarded as sub standard according to pricing. I spent weeks getting a return address and finally got it shipped around end of June. I came home on the 28th of Dec, to find the parcel on my doorstep. After nagging any times, they finally answered on the 28th Jan 23, saying it must've been stop in the customs and returned. I'm £105 short, and have a bunch of clothes I'll never wear.
