I am not sure just why, but I found the course challenging more so than expected. Perhaps I needed to know that more so along the way that my answers were on the right track. Regardless, the Instructor was patient and helpful and encouraging...I made it through! Not yet have I been able to use this particular diploma for work directly but I did have an initial job interview yesterday as "nanny/tutor" for two special education children...this study was a bonus for my c.v. (resume). Many thanks for this learning opportunity which I had long desired to find and afford. GH
