I thought long and hard about taking the EAP course as I've been involved in TEFL for decades and, with a particular series of university classes/workshops in mind, wondered if the course would be as 'academic' as hoped. I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging it was, and really pleased to earn the certificate. I'd discovered tefl.org through Carl Cameron-Day's videos & confess to dreaming he'd be my mentor, but I really appreciated working with Asif Haque -- tefl.org's people are definitely its strong suit, along with the consistent quality content and 'user-friendliness' of its platform. I attach a photo of two of my 'toughest customers' in academe, and thank you for the confidence I've gained for working with a wide array of academic students; this is a wonderful TEFL niche.
