**TEKZONE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON HEADPHONES IF OPENED** I would seriously consider your purchase and advise you to look elsewhere when buying headphones and/or other products from this site. I spent £279 on a pair of headphones and on arrival I opened them (turns out this was a bad idea… which idiot would open something they had just bought…). I wasn’t completely happy with the quality and weight so I emailed to organise for them to be sent back. I was told as they had been opened, this was not possible. I then called and had the phone put down on me twice (or sorry, the line was ‘cut off’) before being given the “computer says no” and having the small print of their T&Cs read out to me.. always a nice touch for a customer services team. I have checked and if purchased directly through Bose, they would have been returned and refunded without issue, as is the norm almost anywhere these days. I would not advise anyone to purchase from TekZone.
