Regrettably, the flowers were delivered a full day late, this is greatly disappointing as the flowers were intended to celebrate a birthday I could not attend. Unfortunately, due to the delay, the intended impact was lost entirely.
Considering the importance of timely delivery for such occasions, I contacted support believing it was reasonable to expect a refund or a replacement delivery.
I was told I should have read the "disclaimer" section of the product before the ordering process, saying deliveries can be 1-2 days from the selected date. And so would do nothing on this occasion, a great demonstration of eflorists commitment to customer satisfaction.
