I'd like to share the most unsuccessful order in my entire life. I made my first order on this service on a significant Valentine's Day for me. The order was placed two days before this date. Therefore, in my opinion, there shouldn't have been any problems, but I was wrong. After placing the order, I received a confirmation that the order was successfully accepted and further information about the delivery will be sent by SMS on the day of delivery.
So this was the last information that the service provided me with, after which I did not receive any information, and the bouquet was never delivered to the recipient's address. Although I indicated all the necessary information and additionally the recipient's contacts so that in case of problems we could contact and solve everything.
I am very disappointed and do not recommend using this service if you want to deliver a gift to your loved one and not just waste money.
I think this problem cannot be solved as the support openly ignores and does not provide any information about the delivery.
