I have used this company for the last 10 years at least. This year the experience was not a good one. I had to speak to 3 different advisers to book a holiday to Turkey. The first two did not seem to want to give me the holiday I was looking for and trying to give me other options. The third was very good. The holiday was cancelled due to COVID. I have only had a text message from them telling me this. I have called at least 3 times to ask for this information and confirmation that my money would be refunded, they have declined to do this. Apparently staff do not have access to email? I have been told my refund will be processed in January. Again I asked for emailed confirmation of this and again declined. Please stay away from them until after COVID. I did actually try to rebook the holiday to a destination that I could go to but of course the adviser did not want me to go to the destination or hotel that I wanted to go to????
