Horrendous company if I could I would give a ‘0’ review they are that bad. Was meant to go on family holiday 3rd June, 10 of us. After numerous phone calls and emails we have still not received a penny back for our cancelled holiday. We have tried a chargeback and apparently teletext are only a third party and not responsible for refunds !! Teletext is who I paid for a package holiday for 10 of us. On my statements they are named teletext so how can this be true. We had a phone call from sales asking us to rebook. We said no, we told them we are doing a chargeback and the sales guy said you are not allowed to do this, I will get our legal team to contact you and “WE WILL WIN” !!! I’ve never had such a stressful encounter such as this in my life, they are fantastic at selling but appalling at anything else! PLEASE BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS !!!
