If I could rate zero star I would. This joke of a company are illegally not refunding people.
My holiday was cancelled in July due to covid. No communication from them at all. Emails aren't replied to. Staff follow the same robotic script and are rude.
Fast forward to Oct still keeping my money and still no refund. Avoid teletext like the plague.
