TELETEXT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! They will not refund me! I’m owed £1357 from a holiday I was meant to go on back in the beginning of June. I ring all the time and they promised me the 1st of September, nothing! And then they said sorry it’s going to be the last day of September and then I rang again. They said sorry beginning of October, nothing! Then they said today! Which is the 31st of October! NOTHING! I’m so upset and fuming. I hate them so so much. I’ve booked a few holidays with them which they’re amazing at TAKING your money! But giving it back is like getting blood from stone. Il never give up! Going to ring them everyday! Disgusting people. Wish I could give them minus stars. Will never use this company again. I hope they close down.
