Still awaiting refund of £2000. Holiday was cancelled in May 2020.
Emails are being ignored.
Anytime you call they are cutting you off.
I have used teletext lots in the past and have never had any issues but the way they are treating loyal customers is absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again, absolute shambles!
