Do not even consider to use Teletext for a holiday , Booked holiday in February, Ryanair changed flight details and issued a refund which went back to the card it was paid on (Teletext master card) have rung teletext numerous times which can take anything up to two hours to get through only to be told they haven’t received it off Ryanair , which I know is not true ,sending emails every week which they do not reply too ,This is my money and as far as I am concerned this is Tantamount to theft so I am now resorting to take legal action as I don’t see why this company should get away with this , If anyone else is thinking about using Teletext holidays my advice is DONT, Worst company I have ever had to deal with and customer service is non existent!! No Stars.
