DO NOT USE TEKETEXT HOLIDAYS!! I am totally disgusted by this company. They are liars and fraudsters! My holiday was cancelled in March due to COVID and I am still chasing refund! There’s is no Live Chat- total SCAM. They keep telling me to wait 3 weeks, it’s been 8 months! They told me I should take up my flight refunds with Ryanair, yet Ryanair have confirmed my money is sitting with Teletext holidays. I am still waiting for flights and hotel to be refunded.
