Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris for December for my daughters 7th birthday as a surprise. My partners suffered a major stroke end of June and spent 4 months in a coma in intensive care, I sent medical evidence to teletext stating he would no be well enough to fly come December ‘he’s still in hospital now’ and requested to cancel my holiday and for a refund, they told me I would need to pay cancellation fee. I spoke with easy jet who our flights was booked with sent easy jet the medical evidence and they refunded the flight money to teletext the same day no cancellation fee needed as it was due to medical, I spoke with teletext regarding my money been sent back to me after around 50 emails, Iv lost count of how many phone calls promising people will call me back and haven’t... I feel absolutely robbed by this company. I usually book a holiday every year with teletext and will never book with them again I would rather pay extra and book with someone else. They are ok when your wanting to book a holiday bombarding you with phone calls and wanting money from you but when it comes to giving you money back. Absolutely disgusting avoid in all areas. I will be taking this matter further to court proceedings
