UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The lack of service and professionalism of this company is just appalling.
What is going on with their refunds policy?? Why are people being fobbed off??
Why can’t they be clear and transparent with the timescales??
Why are they holding on to money they have received from airlines??
We have received a partial refund but why not the flights???
The CEO of TT needs to get off his backside and do something about this! NO ONE will use TT again!!
This can only end in liquidation! Watch this space!
