The worst customer service.
Holiday booked for June 2020. Teletext cancelled it in May due to corona.
Teletext refused to give me a refund and issued me with coupons that I could trade for a cash refund at the end of September.
13th July Easy Jet refunded my flight money back to Teletext.
30th September - No refund given. After several attempts to contact an advisor and hours spent on hold (at my cost) i was given another date i would be refunded, 31st October.
31st October - No refund given. More hours spend on hold multiple times. Emails sent with no reply. Finally spoke to an advisor who guaranteed the money would be in my account within 10 days.
10th November - No refund given. More hours on hold, again at a cost to me. I was given another date, 31st November.
31st November - No refund given. It is now 5th December, I have made countless phone calls in the past 5 days.
Sent several emails - no reply.
5th December - the customer service advisor stated:
She cannot give me a date i will be refunded.
I cannot speak to the refund department.
There is no one senior i can speak to.
There are no other numbers I can ring.
She can do nothing to help me because my refund status is 'processing' (its been processing for 6 months).
She blamed the airline for the delay.
She blamed the banks for the delay.
I have no other option but to take legal action.
Do not DO NOT be tempted in to booking with this fraudulent company to save a couple of quid. If something, anything goes wrong they remove all channels to communicate with someone, are zero help when you do speak to someone and are basically stealing money.
Both the airline and resort refunded my payments back to Teletext in July. Its criminal they won't issue my refund.
Lying, thieving, untrustworthy company!
