Booking Reference: TT775273 I had my Holiday fully paid and booked for June 2020. Teletext cancelled it in May due to the pandemic. Teletext refused to give me a refund when they cancelled the holiday and issued me with holiday' coupons' that I could trade for a cash refund in September. They gave me no other option. 13th July Easy Jet refunded my flight money back to Teletext. In September I applied to trade my holiday coupons for a cash refund as I was instructed to do. I was told a full refund would be issued by the end of September. So I waited. 31st September - No refund given. After several attempts to contact an advisor and hours spent on hold (at my cost) i was given another date i would be refunded, 31st October. So I waited. 31st October - No refund given. More hours spent on hold multiple times. Being cut off or put back on hold and left there. I have sent emails with no reply. Once I did speak to an advisor I was guaranteed the money would be in my account within 10 working days. So I waited. 10 working days later - No refund given. More hours on hold, again at my expense. I was given another date, 31st November. So I waited. 31st November - No refund given. I am not prepared ro wait any longer! Its the same thing every month. Spend hours and hours phoneing, emailing, messaging with no out come. 5th December - I contacted a customer service advisor at teletext who stated: She cannot give me a date i will be refunded. She could'nt tell me why my money wasn't refunded on all the above given dates. I cannot speak to the refund department. There is no one senior i can speak to. There are no other numbers I can ring. She insisted she carnt do anything to help me and there is no one else that can help me.  Instructed once more that i need to wait. I have waited. I have waited for 6 months. She blamed the airline for the refund delay - I explained i have a direct confimation email from EasyJet the money was refunded back to teletext on 13th July. She then began blaming the banks for the delay but back tracked on that. Basically, she just kept repeating the same premeditated script to each of my questions, which gave me no answers I am physically and mentally exhausted with the whole thing. You are adding unnecessary stress to one of the worst years of peoples lives. This is a large sum of money, money i was initally promised would be refunded on 31st September. Money that should of been given 14 days after the initial cancellation. These were teletexts Terms & Conditions at the time I booked the holiday I janurary.  I will be sending a 14 day deadlock letter tomorrow morning and taking you to a small court hearing. I will be contacting all local and national newspapers to inform the of the poor, deceitful, negligent and illegal manner in which you treat your customers. See you in court.
