Never anyone higher to speak to, never an answers to why you don’t have your refund or why it hasn’t been processed. No refund! Ryanair has refunded the money for flights to teletext in June 2020. Was then told they were waiting on hotel! Every month promised refund will be processed at the end of the month. Never happens. Refund is £400
