Oh my god I wish I had thought to read the reviews on this disgusting site they are just parasites
The amount of time I have waisted trying to get in touch via phone and emails is absolutely ridiculous
My flight outbound has been cancelled they aren’t interested in getting me another flight unless I pay I can’t get my money back they just want to re book another holiday for more money
I suffer with depression and anxiety and this has sent me over the friggin edge
Anyone got any useful advice pls
