The law says they have to provide a refund within 14 days but nothing is being done to persuade them. They have the flight money returned from Ryanair months ago and never paid the hotel cost but still no refund for holiday for 7 booked in January for Majorca in June this year.
Why hasnt the government or regulator stepped in to force them to pay refunds!
