In Tenerife in October that was closed. I had to pay out for another hotel. Getting in touch with teletext holidays is impossible. I have repeatedly emailed them, if you are not booking a holiday they do not want to know you. I am
Now about to have a miserable Christmas because they have not returned the three thousand pounds that I paid them. This company is an utter disgrace.
