So we booked a holiday to Dubai from Manchester for Christmas, they only supplied us with 1 E-ticket which only came apparent upon checkin at the airport. They never answer the phone, so we missed our flight. We argued for 2 days then they re-booked us on a flight 2 days later. My partner then struck down with COVID so we never flew. They now are ignoring all calls and emails. However, I’ve now reported them to citizens advice, Atol, The travel network group and now activated a charge back through MasterCard. I have your company details from the accounts you filed at companies house. And should I not receive my money by the end of January. I will commence private litigation.
