Holiday cancelled 28.7.2020 Refund promised..28 days Refund promised...still waiting ..28 days Refund promised...by the 30.11.2020 Final date was 30.11.2020. Dec 2020 ....1 more week.. 28.12.2020...today...absolutely nothing received .. Wow .in-between all this we have had countless calls to them. Countless emails to them. When I say countless I mean countless as its been that many times. I have long covid.unable to work..my partner has lost her small mobile business.. We could have done with the Refund of nearly £2000. Very very dissatisfied with customer service, completely shocked a company this size would rip people off. Please be aware of this company..!!!!!
