Well what can I say, after countless calls, emails etc they are still refusing to pay back after nearly a year of false promises. I don't understand why its so hard to refund money this money? Surely its illegal what they're doing?
Don't bother booking with this company, now or in the future. They cannot be forgiven for this atrocious customer service.
