but I've had so much fun ringing with spoof holiday requests , keep them on the phone for an hour or so, then say bye, and insult them before hanging up the phone !!!! , such a pleasure winding them up, wasting their time and money , revenge!!!! a rare privilege these days , Wayne Perks has a lot to answer for , appalling way to deal with customers.
