Awful company to deal with! I've been chasing my holiday refund since September, every time the promise it will be the following month I'll receive my refund - every month am disappointed. They constantly lie to me, they have even hung up on me twice! Despite my requests I can never speak to a manager, even though they put me on hold for 10-20mins at a time to speak to them themselves.
The company is a joke, I will NEVER use them or recommend them again.
