Customer service is shocking, if I could give minus stars I would! Refunds process is not difficult it is non-existent. My query has been on going for 3 weeks and is still unresolved. Live chat doesn't work. Having to cancel holiday due to Covid and they are asking for 50% cancellation fee despite the promise of no fees due to Covid
