AWFUL COMPANY!
Booked holidays with them for July 2020, which got canceled due to Covid-19. Still waiting for a refund 8 months later!
Numerous deadlines given for a refund, none of which happened. The staff is rude and unprofessional; no line of escalation. Complaints department non existent! Will be taking them to court. AVOID AND NEVER BOOK WITH TELETEXT!
