Teletext Holidays have stolen £1,099.00 from my cancelled holiday last year. They agreed to a full refund, as they changed the date to an inconvenience date. They also received the full refund from Ryanair, which they will not return to me. They keep promising a refund, but it is all delay tactics and lies. Customer service is terrible and a call center in India where nobody has the power to help with anything. Other than to say "don't worry". Please avoid at all cost.
