I booked a holiday for August for a family of 5 which cancelled due to COVID - still waiting for refund 7 months later. I will never book with them again, I suggest everyone use the government website link to lodge your complaint - https://www.coronavirus-business-complaint.service.gov.uk/what_behaviour
The CMA are currently investigating Teletext - the more evidence they have will help us get our money back surely?
