TT782559 BOOKING
Holiday May 2019 cancelled due to Covid, still no refund. Have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions, get fobbed off and told to just wait as the refund is in process. Very frustrating with awful customer service giving false promises.
Will proceed through legal action against them.
