I booked a holiday last year to go to Tenerife October 2020, it was cancelled due to covid, paid £3500 for 4 of us.
I have spoken several times to them and they keep on pushing the date back everytime, waiting 2 hrs on times to speak to someone.
They issued me a credit note which i turned down and now they are telling me possibly ill have my refund end of June
