DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT. HOW THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE???
Still awaiting a refund for flights to Madrid from April 2020 which were cancelled due to Covid situation. The airline have issued the refund to telextext who have still not refunded me. Numerous phone calls where they promise a refund is on its way. Emails are not replied to. Shocking company - will book direct with airline in future. AVOID AVOID AVOID
