Please do not book a holiday with teletext holidays. They are great at taking your money but if you try to contact customer support it's an absolute nightmare. I am trying to contact them to cancel a booking almost a year in advance but keep being fobed off. You have no chance getting through of the phone you are just left holding on.
They are also holding a refund from Ryanair that I am trying to get back. Please be warned.
