Shocking company to deal with, as already written, if you want to book a holiday, they'll answer the phone in seconds, if it's a refund or cancellation, you'll be on the phone for hours, only to be hung up on.
They have a stock answer email, that means absolutely nothing, that they send for every inquiry.
Please AVOID and don't be tempted by the lower offers, soon as your on the phone, the holiday price rises.
Total scam artists.
