This website would not let me put in zero stars but it deserves less than zero , the frustration and stress this teletext holidays has caused is enormous, absolute shambles like all the other reviews I had never booked with these cowboys but my manager said she has always booked with them and swears by them !!!unwillingly I agreed big big mistake !! Taken hard earned money , and after all payment was in their account they cancelled flight ? As previous people have said the payment line is still manned taking money , I too have emailed , telephoned & hand written letters !! To no avail if you finally get through to some illiterate baffoon they put you hold only then to cut u off ! My holiday was booked last august flying out in october and I have been chasing the refund since , I think the new one will be it’s been over a year you are no refund ? These people are thieves !! Do not part with your hard earned money , I’m in my 60s and had always dreamt of going to Marrakesh while I could still enjoy it , raised a family and finally thought it’s my time even roped in a student grandaughter now I feel awful as she wasted her money too x I feel responsible, the disgust I feel is unimaginable towards teletext . The damage to my health is awful , and they hand out atol protection so you think you will be safe DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER !!
