I got my holiday to Turkey cancelled last May 2020 they said they couldn’t offer a refund just another holiday. Which I was fuming but out of panic thinking I might totally loose everything I rebooked for this year May 2021 then it was cancelled this year as well they said I would get a refund after the date the holiday was suppose to be.But still waiting for my £2000 refund 😡😡😡😡😡
I’m suppose to get refund off the COVID Refund team by the end of This month August 2021 but I am vey pessimistic about it. Here is hoping
