Avoid. Still waiting for a refund after being told lie after lie about when I’ll get it back. Call centre operatives are poorly trained and don’t call you back or email no matter how hard you try.
A disgrace. Just want my hard earned money back - as if Covid hasn’t cost us all enough already. If you read this teletext - please can I have my money back? Just be decent human beings eh?
