I booked a family holiday to turkey with teletext holidays. I suggest you never use this company. The resort was not as described and there were major issues the entire time. Upon trying to return home the airline advised us they had actually booked us on a flight the day earlier despite sending out the correct paperwork. We spent nearly 300 pounds trying to contact them from turkey which we have still not been reimbursed for and spent 18 hours in an airport before they arranged another flight from an airport 3 hours away. Their staff are incompetent, their response time is ridiculous, they contradict themselves constantly about liability, for example the issue with our flight was explained to us that their staff had booked us the correct flight but due to an issue with their system it booked us an incorrect flight and therefore they were not responsible. Is it not your system? Therefore your responsibility. Also originally they were not responsible for the resort at all and then later claimed it was our fault for not highlighting these issues to them while on site. We highlighted them with the resort at the time and as previously stated we incurred 300 pounds phone charges trying to contact them regarding the flight issues imagine how much it would have cost us to call them and inform them of issues originally they were not responsible for. I have skipped over the finer details but the bottom line is 5 months on I have had to resort to court action against teletext holidays never use this company.
