Rang up to speak with someone about a holiday i saw on the app. Spoke to Bill, he was determined that i book, i said that i’d only called to ask a few questions about flight times/ airlines not mentioned on the app. When i told him i couldnt book today he asked ‘why not?’ Don’t really think they should be asking that for a start. i told him that i hadn’t been paid and he said ‘ok so how much can you pay today?’ I had to tell him quite a few times that it wasnt an option. I said i’d ring back the next day and he said to ask for Riley. Called back, spoke to Riley and surprise surprise the price was nothing like what i had seen on the app. I said the price here is £260 and after a while he said ok its possible but its not with a provider we trust. After asking him why the company is advertising a holiday with a supplier they dont trust he said he would call me back in an hour. Never recieved the call.
