Terrible experience. phoned to book a holiday told me it wasn't available. offered me a different holiday higher in price which was supposedly a cancellation deal, took payment from me sent me my booking details to my email and told to send picture of passport for ID then once it had gone through kept me on hold for 10 mins only to be told that the same holiday I just booked is now unavailable (yet also telling me it's just gone up in price of £300 more). spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get this rectified as I didn't wanna lose my holiday. In the end I gave up and asked for my refund. Only to be told it will take 3-4 working days. needed the money asap so spoke to manager who said will transfer my money back and should get it back same day. phoned them back as I hadn't received my money only to be passed around to 6 different people who didn't wanna deal with my query. Didn't seem to care. Was told I can complain 'if I want to'. Tried again to speak to somepeople else later on and was told my refund had been processed. Still waiting for refund with no holiday!
