My wife and I booked a holiday to Egypt in April 19 for travel march 20 . The carrier (Thomas Cook) went bust . We are now 3 months in and still waiting for a refund ! I've just come off the phone with them telling me that they are waiting for a refund from their suppliers before they will refund me ! I was under the impression that my contract was with Teletext directly NOT the suppliers ! NEVER EVER AGAIN ! Do NOT book with these robbers !
