I booked a holiday to sharm elshaikh Egypt on Friday night,they took 700 hundred pounds from my account and as soon as they took money out from my account the guy said oh sorry something is wrong and I asked what do you mean? He said the date of flights had changed,I was confused I said what do you mean he said it is for 3 days later I said But I don’t want this then he said they have to cancel it,I said ok cancel it and refund my money and now it is 4 days but they still have not refund it and I called them many times but they say anytime different things.please do not trust them.and I don’t know how can I get my money back, please tell me if you have an Idea.
