Hideously stressful experience . On phone for 2 hrs .Outsourced call centre share I could not understand what the man was saying. Had to spell out name numerous times then he still got it wrong on documents. Kept getting rung back from different numbers at one point I thought I was being conned. Payment system did not work after several attempts I said i did not want to proceed. They took my money and would not refund. Left feeling completely distressed and no point of contact. I am trying to find out how to take this complaint further and get my money back. Do not use this company!!
