We are currently trying to get a refund on our Madrid holiday. As a UK citizen we are currently not allowed to travel to madrid. We have rang your customers service team and spoke to Freddie. Freddie states that he is unable to refund us as he has no information regarding this UK Government notice. We asked him 7 times to put us through to his supervisor. He wouldn't. We were on the phone over an hour and got no where.
We immediately emailed and have got no response!
Disgraceful!
