Hi 9 of us were due to fly out to Tenerife on 1st may for grandaughter hen weekend but with all this lockdown with the corona virus don't know what is happening final payment is due to come out of my account on the 3rd of April I've been trying to get a hold of you on the fone no sucess and live help is the same need to know what is happening
