I am due to go on holiday on 31/03/20. I spoke to them about getting a refund which isn’t a option apparently! We are in a pandemic and teletext should take responsibility! I was told by lee the supervisor that I would get a call back. I haven’t and I can’t get through to them!
DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!
