Guess what guys. I got a phone call from a gent yesterday saying I will get a refund and I don't need to make my final payment. This morning I get an email stating:
We attempted to collect your scheduled payment today 500.00 for your forthcoming holiday but unfortunately we were unsuccessful. (cause my card was lost so different card numbers)
Please make your payment by visiting My Booking or calling our automated payment line on 0207 741 1347. If you do not make your payment within 48 hours we may have no other option than to cancel your booking in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that you will only be able to download your vouchers once you’ve paid in full.

What's laughable is I called that number and they answered in about 6 seconds.. Only to take a payment. What the hell..
